In order to check the status of your SIP account, in the Service section of the SIP accounts tab, select the SIP account and click on the Update icon (two blue arrows) in the Status column. Then you will see the current status of your SIP account.

Note:

Not registered - Your SIP client is not registered on our server (Figure 1)

Registered - Your SIP client was successfully registered on our server (Figure 2)

In order to update the password from your SIP account, you need to select the SIP account in the SIP accounts tab in the Service section and click on the icon to update the password (letter) (Figure 3) in the action column. Then an email with new data about your SIP account will be sent to the email you specified during registration.
