DirectPhone Bots

To use the DirectPhone Bots (Figure 1), you need to go to the installation page of the corresponding Bot and go through all the installation steps. After that you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of Bots via the appropriate platform (Facebook or Slack). If the Bots are successfully connected, you will see the corresponding message.
